STILL no customer service

<p>I wrote a review yesterday complaing about the amount of time I have to wait to get a copy of my statement emailed to me.</p> <p>A reply was sent to the review saying that the statement was emailed to me, but as of yet I have not received anything. </p> <p> </p> <p>I honestly cannot imagine that something so simple can take so long. It is now a week that I am waiting for a statement, its absolutely ridiculous. It really isnt such a strange or complicated request. </p>
