Still no contact
I have previously posted a complaint to MTN about the overcharging for PSD's on my account. The data uses they are billing me for doesn't match my usage patterns OR usage records on my ipad and 3G. <br> <br> I have logged a billing query with MTN online, with the MTN rivonia shop and now on Hello Peter twice.<br> <br> I still have yet to hear from MTN and this month have been debited R2700 on an account that should only cost me R379. <br> <br> REQ:*** - original # from MNT<br> REQ:*** - Hello peter reponse # from Ayanda<br> <br> SOMEONE PLEASE REVERSE THESE CHARGES AND CONTACT ME!<br> <br> Liam

Kindly be advised that the URL report is not used to validate data
not all sites that you visit can be retrieved. It contains encapsulated data. HTTPS sites are not retrieved, Bit Torrents are not retrieved(movie downloads) Chats are not retrieved(WhatsApp and BBM) just to name but a few. Kindly acknowledge this.
With regards to WhatsApp and BBM people use these mediums to send and receive videos and pictures which uses data but is not recorded. MTN will not credit.
