Still no cell phone delivered

I app**** for a contract early in December 2023. Everything approved and im still awaiting the delivery. I was told on the 27th of desember by DSV who deliveres their phones but nothing. I phoned and was told it would be delivered today between 2 and 5. I spoke to Megan at dsv head office. They havent even contactes me yet. Worst of all MTN has not even tried to contact me
