still no assistance with MTN

its now the 3rd month waiting for MTN to assist me with my Home Wifi Router which is not connecting to the internet. the call centre, couverage, data centre and contract department are unable to assist. what is it that I should do now. can MTN please comeback to me and resolve this problem for good. :( :(
