Still no answer about my 30GB free
I have been phoning and emailing (ref ***7) to ask why I have a massive data bill and no free 30GB on line *** as promised. Jabulani was going to get back to me but I have still not heard back. Sim at the MTN store in Hemingways East London has not gotten hold of me either. Please phone me back urgently. Additionally, I have been fighting with you lot to correct your mistake on my other two lines. I have asked for line *** to be cancelled (ref ***) and line *** to be put on pay as you go (ref ***). THIS HAS STILL NOT BEEN DONE!!! AND I HAVE BEEN PAYING EVERY MONTH FOR YOUR MISTAKE TOO! I want this fixed today please, and then refunded for me paying for nothing.
