still no airtime allowance
I wish i could leave mtn forever. I pay my installment every minth on the dot yet i still dont get my airtime, sms or data allowance. Then some quakepot Van der Merwe woman has the cheek to tell me exactly the opposite of whats going on my account. i would urge any person to think twice about taking out a contract with mtn. Never had problems like this.

Kindly be advised that as per Billing department , you're provisioned on the 14th of every month with 100MB , 55MB Data promo and 100 SMSES on the other number 300MB , 165 MB Data promo and 100 SMSES . And when I check on my side as well you're provisioned with the above.
