Still no additional feedback and Pensioner still without her money

<p>I spoke ********** with regards to payments of good not received based on a complained which wrote over three months ago . I was given one invoice to the item in question but when i requested the other invoice more than 3 months later still no response. Allegedy my mother signed the invoice however i only see one invoice and i requested the second invoice and asked how is this possible that you would sign a invoice two separate invoices one for one sim and another for two sims. This does not even makes any sense. I've also email the regional office and still no on seems to give a d. Is this how mtn treats it customer like a taxi industry once we have you money we just don't give any f. Like i said i will keep on sending complaints until my issue is resolved.</p>
