still my contract not cancelled after a month

hi guys, this is the poorest service on this earth, not cancelled my contract after one month as well, i have requested them to cancel my contract upon completing 24 months, now i am still under contract, i wanna know whats happening with you guys and who is liable for these another two months of payments of two contracts? tnx
