Still MTN can't resolve my issue

This is a follow-up to a Hellopeter complaint that I logged on 28/10/2015, and that MTN responded to on 01/11/2015 (REQ:***), about an upgrade done to my contract that I never requested for, and that I really don't want.

I have since been calling MTN on a number of occasions making a follow-up, and each time it was as if I was logging a new query. I would be told the matter would be referred to the retentions department. I only received a call from the retentions department yesterday where the lady asked me for information that I had repeatedly provided other consultants with. She said the matter would be investigated, during which my number will be suspended, and will be reactivated once the matter has been resolved.

This morning I received an sms from MTN requesting me to re-send the affidavit and certified copy of ID. There was no number or email to which I should send the documents. I called 808 and spoke to Paul (***) who told me that the documents are still there on the MTN system, from the query that I logged two weeks ago, and that he will forward them to retentions dept.

MTN... please, please, please... PLEASE take me back to my original package! PLEASE!!!
