Still incorrect
REQ:*** :: Please call me as my previous request was. The fact that you had the correct billings in May and all my correct information then, over one month it has changed back to what was discussed in Jan-Apr. Now I got another bill. Come now - all my reference calls I have notes on when I requested everything to be locked, now the excuse that it was not done, is not on me but your call centre! CALL ME and don't just respond on this platform, it shows no professionalism.
