Still hope for MTN

Thank you to MTN Vryheid - Sonja Tjir*** Goosen who assisted me personally in getting a contract cancelled. After about 4 months of various calls, visits, whatsapps and emails I eventually got a case number on my dispute reported to ICASA who will investigate the matter that MTN without any warning or advice converted my contract to a "no discount" contract resulting in a 3x higher rate. Hopefully there is still people left in the industry who will be able to assist in this violation of consumer rights.
