Still having problems

lets just say MTN is of no help. for fix the above problem took almost a month... then after that I'm still not able to get any sms...
MTN Disabled all my services CALLS SMS ... Not Internet.... an its not as if my account is not up to date every month i pay via Debit order ....
Maby after 2 months and countless reference no phone calls Emails i will have a service I pay for...
