Still haven't resolved my complaint after 6 months

I lodged a billing dispute with MTN more than 6 months ago and they still haven't resolved it yet. They have already admitted to overcharging me for data, but I queried my call charges as well and they still haven't given me any feedback. My complaint has been escalated to so many people, but without any progress. Here are some of MTN's people that my query has been escalated to over these 6 months: Paul Venter, Sarel Myburgh, Linda Seagreen, Ivor Cohen, Tshepiso Ratselane. Sarel Myburgh was great for a while to get to the bottom of the incorrect data charges. But that was only half of the query. He then referred it to Linda Seagreen who has never responded at all. Nothing seems to be happenning now. This is absolutely inexcusable. It's hard for me to believe that a company can be so poor.

They refunded an amount to me with no explanation for it. Obviously it is in respect of incorrect charges; but they need to explain how they derived this amount. Is it only in respect of data; in which case, what about the incorrect charges for calls? They sent me a "open items report" which is meaningless, and doesn't explain anything. There is absolutely no accountability from MTN; no-one is willing to take responsibility to resolve this matter.
