Via Telephone ACCOUNT NUMBER: SHORT DISCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT: Case case number 1-**********8 mtn query Called in last year to cancel my contract as it was due for cancellation in 07/07/2022 .Made a pre cancellation seems contract was not cancelled now I m handed over with no communication.After finding out called Mtn numerous times for follow up or feedback still no assistsance . Details of steps taken to resolve the complaint: The dates Updated is around when I opened the contract and April I called to cancel the contract It was not done it seems like the account kept being billed.Called numerous time with no luck have been taken from pillar to post with no assistance What outcome proposed for this complaint? Feedback from MTN .They must solve all cancellation and update my status with the Credit Bureau
