Still debited after account cancelled paid in full

I was a contract subscriber and cancelled my contract on 13 Feb 2015. At the time of cancellation I was told by Lebogang Ntuane [Email Removed] that the cancellation fee including all outstanding balances amounted to R2669.74. The contract could only be cancelled if all fees were payed. I payed the amount and was emailed confirmation that the account had been cancelled<br> However!<br> My account was then debited again on 2/3/2015 for an amount of R699.83<br> If i paid all oustanding fees prior to cancellation of my account, why was I debited again on 2/3/2015 if my contract had already been cancelled.<br> I have written several emails to the relevant call centre departments with Reference Number *** and ***.<br> Since the 28th of March I have been waiting for a reply to my inquiries but all I have received is emails saying that the query has been escalated and that they will have a response in 3 working days.<br> It is now over 2 weeks and still no response despite my emails.<br> I am unable to contact the call centre line as I am in the UK currently therefore I have requested all correspondence via email
