Still charging me after I cancelled contract

Good evening,<br> <br> <br> I am so furious with these *********** people.My contract with MTN has expired I am getting billed for a phone and number I no longer use.I called the MTN call centre on the 22/06/2015,i waited for 33 minutes until my call was attended to and advised to cancel the whole contract and even the cell number.I was given reference ***.The consultant took down my new number and advised that I will be contacted.I did not hear again.I went into the MTN store at sixth avenue shopping centre in July to confirm that the contract was cancelled as I did not here anything.I was advised by the gentleman that worked there according to the system it stated that the contract would be cancelled but I will be billed one last installment at the end of July.Now I see that I have been debited again end of August for R270 which should of not been taken out.<br> I even mailed them on the 06/08/2015 with my account number in which a retention consultant Happy Mgodwa responds on the 19/08/2015 convienently stating to that he cannot view images but my account number was on the header.I have not recieved a response to that mail.<br> <br> cell no of contract is ***<br> My account number-N***
