Still Charging for a Contract Sim Swap
So I went into MTN at the Campus Dimension Data, I asked for a SIM swap which had been done on my other numbers, I have 8 contacts with MTN, now I know contact sims are free and have been for a few months, however I had the displeasure of dealing with Tumelo, who asked for 150 rand in cash for the sim swap to be done, when I asked why, he said they only take cash for sim swaps, and you idiots just used a POS machine infront of me. So Tumelo will be pocketing the money he made today.

Nice that you have some *******ion happening in your own stores, employees pocketing money, this is why I shall be cancelling soon.

Sort your own employees out!
