Still can't make outgoing calls

Hi, this was my report on hellopeter.com on December 31:<br> <br> Hi. I have just over R52 airtime on my phone, but I'm unable to make outgoing calls because of 'insufficient airtime'.<br> I visited your store at Cresta yesterday where I was told to call 808 with my problem. I did, 3 times, and all 3 consultants either 'reset my sim' or 'reset my services'. I still can't make outgoing calls.<br> For goodness sake, PLS can someone assist me to fix this error on your side.<br> <br> I received feedback from Nompumelelo (REQ:***), telling me to \close all the open internet sessions on the phone and reboot it
