Still Blacklisted while I paid up my contract

My contract account was handed to the attorneys, I paid them also the attorneys to cancel my contract to avoid being blacklisted. I phoned customer care to help me cancel my contract on 29 March. The lady said the contract is canceled, only to find out that it wasn’t canceled. It was canceled on the 3 June, I had to pay again to close the contract but still my profile is listed and my struggling to buy a car because I’ve been blacklisted for what I’ve paid up.

I’m not HAPPY with your service. Please clear my name because I’ve paid my contract and closed it.
