Still billing me for the contract I paid off

What is the point of replying to my complaint on hello peter and still not do a thing you promised. I want my contract to be cancelled. You are now sending me an email that am owing you guys R1300, whereas I don’t owe you anything. Please do the right thing and cancel my contract. I’ve made peace with the fact that am going to lose the number I used for more than 10 years because of your stupid agent. Who failed to do the right thing. If this things ruin my credit score.
