Still billed for cancelled insurance

<p>MTN is terrible. </p> <p> </p> <p>I cancelled my insurance for my cellular device in November 2015. </p> <p> </p> <p>There is still a amount billed every month under MONITOR24.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm not sure why they are still debiting this amount from me when I have cancelled??</p> <p> </p> <p>this is 16 months later??? this is R1440?</p> <p> </p> <p>When my contract runs out I am going to change service providers, can't deal with MTN's useless service delivery.</p>
