Still being overcharged
MTN please go and look at my previous 2 complaints about you, it is concerning the same issue<br> <br> I am still being overcharged even though I was told 3 and the 2 and then 1 month ago that it has been fixed.<br> <br> Not only have I not been credited I am being overcharged, still.<br> <br> I think it might be time to get further help.<br>

According to our records, the usage limit was loaded in July as per your request and credited for the months of June and July. Since there is no records, of this request prior, you are liable for the charges.
