Still being harassed

I complained to MTN a week ago and nothing has been done since then, instead I have debt collectors harassing me both telephonically and via email. The debt has been increased from R1500 odd to R1800 odd in a matter of two weeks. Felicity promised to get back to me, but am still waiting. This is consistent with MTN's attitude throughout this problem. My previous grievance was given REQ:*** as a reference number. I find this service appalling<br>
