still awaiting response or call req ***
it seems like MTN is quick to respond to queries but that's about it I complained on the 17/09 and they responded on the18/09 ,up until now no call sms email regarding their reponse they only respond and nothing else gets done there after the req number was *** sent by Keitumetse . I need this matter resolved don't just respond do something about it. Do what you say will be done . I am really considering ending my services with MTN after ten years service to them you get treated like this totally unacceptable.

06 Oct 2015, 14:01Hello g.kroukamp,
Thank you for your post.
We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it has caused.
The credit limit has been put in place is as per the request from the NCA (National Credit Act) on all accounts. There is no guarantee that credit limits will always work. At times the account may be suspended after it has exceeded the credit limit as the system needs to update the customer's usage. The system shows that the data bundle was depleted on 2015-04-17 and thereafter you were charged on the out of bundle rate. On the 2015-04-18 at 06:11, the account was suspended as the system picked up that the credit limit had been reached and on the same day at 18:56 the line was unsuspended as per the customer's request.
Please be advised that the account can only be suspended once due to the credit limit in one billing cycle. Should there be a request for the lines to be reconnected then the system can no longer suspend the number in the same billing cycle.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
Regards,
Ayanda
