Still awaiting refund
<p>I was told by Mtn that I would be refunded in 5 days. Waiting now since 1 October 2016. All I want now is my refund and my contract to finish. I can not deal anymore. They can go check their records and they will see I have been with them for ages and never skipped a payment, and this is what you get in return. </p>

The refund for R630.02 can not be processed as the debit order requests for end of October have already been submitted to the banks. Kindly be advised that the cash payment of R 630.02 has reduced the current balance for the invoice dated 2016-10-01 for R768.83 to R 138.81 which will be debited on the 2016-10-31.
