STILL AWAITING MTN SIM CARD ACTIVATION AFTER 2 DAYS

App**** for MTN SIM Only Deal @ R199/m on Sunday 29 Sep 2021 and this was delivered on Frid 03 Sep, after installing the card I waited for activation but none was coming; I called MTN offices & call centre several times and was told activation takes 2-6 hours. Yesterday still this was not activated, I called but lines were off, I sent emails, sms's (replying on 3 OTPs for validation which arrived more than an hour late after courier left and the other came at 05:29 am the following day).

I have two main concerns; (1) I noticed tax invoice (attached) reflects "Contract MultiSim for LTE" which does not exactly match the product I ordered. I could not accept the latter as I use wifi connection.
