Still awaiting invoice for purchase

Worst customer care I have ever dealt with in my life. Completely ***********. Still awaiting an invoice to be sent to me for a data purchase on 6th July. So it takes more than 2 weeks to send a customer a simple invoice. At this rate I'll probably never receive it. Shocking service
