Still awaiting contract after 19 days
<p>We app**** for a contract on January the 13th till date we haven't received anything. Handrieta who supposed to be the branch supervisor is seriously useless at following up n updating me as the customer. I called almost everyday but she wasn't helpful. Eventually after 2 weeks I can into the store got approved the day after. And it's been days still no phone. Port unsuccessful n I'm still waiting. She doesn't follow up. Seriously bad service at eastgate mtn. Just got back today again they saying it's conditionally approved. Seriously uns****ed workers </p>
