Stiil waiting for my 20gb night express

The service its very poor my first month after instead of getting 30 gig night owl i only recieved 10gb since august i made a query eveytime i do a follow up they say i must wait 48hrs but month end they want their money m so fed up about their service(***) they always give me reference number and close them witout solving the problem
