STICK TO YOUR FLIPPIN POSTED TRADING HOURS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD

The staff at MTN Maponya Mall really need to stop disrespecting us as customers. They have trading hours posted on the door which are 9am to 18h00 Monday to Thursday. Sometime mid last year I went to this branch around 17h45 and they had already closed, I didn't say anything I just returned disappointed. On Monday 7 November I went the again and arrived at the door exactly at 17h33, guess what? The doors are closed and blocked with a chair.

I feel this is a total disrespect. I drive 15kms going there and 15kms coming back and for what? To be cheated of my time by staff that only cares about knocking off early? This is really unfair. Change your trading hours to 17h30 then and no one will complain when you close the door at 17h30.
