Good Day I'd like to lay a complaint against NTN.

In November they've contacted me offering an iPhone and their Sim card, I accepted the simcard for R198 they promised theu will deliver the simcard with data, which they never did.

I stopped their first payment as they never delivered, they called again to ask why I stopped the payment, I told them they did not deliver what was promised to me and the lady checked on her system that yesterday never delivered, I then asked her to cancel everything I don't want it anymore, she told me it's now canceled.

Recently I've been getting treats from mtn that I owe them and they will blacklist me,which they've already done so for the service they never provided me with.

This morning when I woke up the debited my account again
