Good day

My number was hacked last week and i tried to get it back, i went to the store and also submitted affidavit but somehow i can't get the SIM swap done and this is making my life a living hell, this is not acceptable and i can't afford to loose this number as i have been using it for the past 20years and i still have 2 more contracts with MTN which i don't think i am safe using this network
