My MTN contract was due for renewal according to my MTN app. It gave me an option to upgrade. I then upgraded it to the ruby data contract for R299pm. Within a few days my router was delivered. My problem?? Please tell me why I'm paying close to R700 for a contract that's supposed to be R299???? I've been calling MTN till I got blue in the face and the MTNs in vanderbijlpark and sasolburg said they can't assist as they are franchise branches and I need to go in to a main branch!!! I've been having an MTN contract since 2005 and am now considering cancelling all of them!!!! What a shame!
