I played lotto via MTN Momo a few days ago after paying them they said they will sms me my ticket/winning numbers but they never did.

I tried to reach them via email to get my numbers which they never sms to me instead the gave me the run around,asking me my personal details and transaction ID

I mean how would I get the transaction ID , precise time and date of that transaction if they never send me the confirmation sms but took my money.

it's been a week since they ghosted me now and now I kinda understand why we don't have lotto winners I believe they've been chowing people like this for years
