This will be my 3rd round of upgrades with MTN, each time I deal with Tracy Pillay and every time without fail it is an absolute pleasure, this time was no exception. She is highly efficient, very patient with my thousand and one questions and her response time is record. From first contact to delivery her communications are timeous and relevant.
