I would like to thank a beautiful lady named Zanele Radebe--ka-Msibi who works at MTN in the Retentions department. For years she has made my life such a breeze when it comes to managing my upgrades. I don't know what I would do without her, honestly. She's gone above and beyond the call of duty for me on countless occasions. She's reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Zanele lives and represents one of the company's values being integrity. To say she's an asset is an understatement. Yesterday I received a call from Cynthia Shabalala who reached out on behalf of Zanele. What a pleasant lady. Our conversation went on as though we had known each other forever. I appreciated her warmth and more especially, the detail in her explanation on the product I needed assistance with. In the world we live in, we really need more people who are kinder to each other.
