Steer clear of MTN Clearwater

I went to MTN Clearwater and spoke with a gent named Thabo Ma***eng to start a home WiFi contract filled in all the paperwork and was told that it would be between 2 hours and 48 hours to get the contract sorted out. So we left and went about our business the following day I called and was told that Thabo Ma***eng was busy but will call me as soon as possible based upon the turnaround time I am going to be under the impression that Thabo Ma***eng and his colleagues were trained by someone who doesn't care The reason I can say that is I have called 5 times today now over 48 hours and was even on hold for half an hour and I am still waiting for the return phone call.
