Steer clear of MTN

It is really quick and easy to enter into a phone contract with MTN. Once you're hooked, you receive incessant calls for better deals and upgrades. But try and cancel your contract with them... it is Mission Impossible. We moved to the UK last year, and both my wife and I have had endless problems to cancel our contracts. I think the giveaway here is that "Retentions" deals with the cancelation of contracts... So clearly, they wish to retain your contract and will therefore make it as difficult as possible for you to cancel it. To be fair, though, they're not the only ones
