*****ing Pre-paid airtime and Data
There is no other way to put it. I am being ****** by MTN and have contacted them by e-mail and via hello peter but they do not respond with an explanation or solution. They just respond by *****ing more and more and more.... I read the reviews of others on the same subject on this site and see they are equally ignored by MTN. I think I will change my network provider after I have been with MTN since they opened both as a contract and pre-paid client.

Willem why do you assume that I do not know any of what you said in your response or why do you assume that this is not already done.
Evidently you and MTN think I am an illiterate idiot who knows nothing about cell phones and their usage.
After all the obvious guff you mention in your response which any 10 year old knows anyway, you say nothing about why I can purchase (pre-paid) airtime and not use my phone at all for 2 days (An experiment I ran). I mean not even switch it on let alone make a call and then find my airtime gone. Airtime is for phone calls and I did not make a single call. Data is for browsing, etc. and if there is data on my phone, my airtime should not be affected when I browse or do anything that requires data.
So you see, there is only one way to put it. You (as MTN) are *****ing my airtime. You do not say anything about that but you give me a response from your script because perhaps you are not allowed to think at MTN.
So here's my response... I will take my money elsewhere and you can stick your network where it may fit.
Never assume a client of yours is an idiot but then that's perhaps how you operate.
