*****ING My Yellow Bucks

No one advised me via email or anything that MTN was going to take away a portion of MY YELLOW BUCKS at the end of every month.

I have remained loyal to MTN for over 25 years and this is how you treat customers? This is Shocking !

I only noticed this near the end of December, and did not take it up with MTN, as I was away and looking after my sister. I do not know how long you have been doing this and I Want my Loyalty Points ALL of them back. I also noticed when I looked at my other number that you had also taken away my loyalty point / yellow bucks.

I needed airtime around early 6th January and could not even purchase a decent amount with the Bucks that were left. I got a mere R15.00 for 1500 points.
