Absolutely useless....

Not one MTN member can assist me with my contract.

I took out this contract in March 2022 dealing with Bennette.

The contract as per the MTN brochure costs R269 oer month. However MTN is deducting almost R500 monthly and refuse to sort it out after numerous phone calls and store visits.

I am super frustrated with the service and just ***********cy.

Now my phone has been stopped as well.
