*****ing my money!

I am SO sick and tired of this terrible service I am receiving from MTN! My 24 month finishes in June this month. I have complained a plenty, i have written hello peter reports, i have complained on Facebook, i have made phone calls and they dont care. I am getting charged WAY over then what I took the contract out for. When they suspended me, i cant make calls, sms, use the internet etc, and i understand that. So i go over and use my Wifi. They r charging me for using my wifi. If i get suspended at R404, then I cant do anythin unless im conected to MY OWN internet. So how does a bill come up to R600? This is NOT the first time, there is always some excuse and i am tired of this! I will be taking this to a higher leverl, and if push comes to shove i will be going to a lawyer. I want a refund for EVERY month that you have charged me over due, for all these 24 months. Im sick of these excuses. No one understands and this is oathetic now! You then have the ordacity to say lets up your account! If i could afford R600 a month i would of taken a better contract. And you still expect me to pay to cancel my contract! I will NOT let this go! Someone better fix this, and NOW as iv had enough
