*****ing my airtine
Cell no.*** over the last 48 hours I have loaded airtime several times a d each time it gets depleted after a few min with no explanation, I contacted customer care and each time a different consultant has given me different stories but none of them solving my issue, this is not the first time this has occurred please refund my airtime ASAP, I'm very disappointed with the service and inconvenience of not having been able to make any calls etc I'm a contract subscriber that will Def not renew my contract this year with the level of service I'm experiencing, I've loaded R60 airtime at this point and it's just been depleted after a few min and no one can answer me, and the attitude of some of your consultants are so bad

We can confirm that your number was unsubscribed on the 2016-01-04 and there have been no further charges for these services ever since.
