*****ING MY AIRTIME IN A WAY NOT UNDERSTANDABLE!!

What is happening to my airtime is really a disappointing. I am made to subscribe to the adverti*****ts through my airtime on my contact number. They are lots of the contents which are really not making sense and they are being done secretly without my knowledge. I several times call the network provider and always told that all those subscriptions are cancelled but the following day they are there again. please help me!! Stop my airtime to be ****** in this way.
