*****ing Money and Lies

Called in to cancel my contract which took a total of about 3 hours to get through to cancellations/retention department. the consultant said she would cancel it but also offered me 6 gigs data free over the next 3 months. i accepted. now i find that im still being billed my normal amount, so contract not cancelled and the 6 gigs is nowhere to be seen. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! iv been trying to contact MTN to cancel again and i have been on the phone for over 3 hours in total and still cannot get through...
