*****ing money after contract cancellation

The over all service of MTN is fair, however I have cancelled my contract and they continue to take money despite numerous emails confirming that the contract is cancelled. they are also impossible to get hold of. always place you on hold and for some reason you cannot sort this out in person at the stores.
