*****ing money!!
I am not satisfied with this provider! First they don't load our data right. Now they take R938 from my account when my contract is R239. I account is capped. So it can't go over. They ***** money. I had money left for 2 weeks food until payday. Now I only have left for 1 week. This is unacceptable.

I will make the payment. But this is unacceptable. I can't go in all the time cause you can't get this right. This is the second time that you made a mistake with my contract.

You are correct that this should have been done correctly in the first place.
