*****ing Money
For the second month in a row I have been billed for things I have not done. Outrages amounts!!!! When going to my online profile not all my invoices are available. MTN is busy with *****. The August invoice has been billed for extra data usage after the 1GB has been used up this line is on an open package. This billing is from 13-7-2015 until 13-8-2015. Once the 1GB has been used up any usage further on the SIM card will be billed to the account. We have requested for the URL report to be sent to you, this can take 5-7 working days. We have requested for the usage to be validated as well. allow 10 working days for this to be finalized.
We do pick up that the charges referring to is on the unbilled invoice for September month, this invoice has not as yet been finalized. We can only investigate the charges once this invoice has been finalized. This billing charges is from 13-8-2015 until 13-9-2015.
