Mtn is basically refusing to give me back money that their insurance has over debited me on. The insurance had 3 debit orders, the Vat was calculated on the incorrect invoice and they are not responding to me with more than 3 attempts of contacting them and after telling them that I am not satisfied with the first resolution.
