*****ing from client

Two amounts were deducted from my bank account and when I queried I was explained something that was un understandable and when I requested further clarity I was ignored and that was in August. I then cancelled my insurance following non-respondence from them after a call I made to them admitting a mistake from their side.<br> <br> To my surprise again they are deducting/*****ing from my account again even after they gave me the reference number ***<br> <br> I want my money back from them and not explanations!!!!!<br> <br>
